The price before the work. Every time.

A plumber looks, writes the price down line by line, and nothing starts until you approve it. Here is exactly how that works.

  1. Diagnosis visit

A licensed plumber finds the cause. The visit fee is shown when you book and is credited if you go ahead. visit fee

  2. Written price, line by line

Parts, labor, permit and haul-away, each on its own line, from our price book. Not an hourly estimate.

  3. You approve, or you don't

Take your time. If you pass, the visit fee is the only charge.

  4. Changes need a new yes

If something else turns up, it is written up separately. The price you approved does not move.

Pricing questions

Why not just quote by the hour?

Because you can't plan around an hourly guess. A written price per job lets you decide before anything starts, and it doesn't change if the job takes longer than we thought.

What if the plumber finds something else?

He stops and writes it up as a new line with its own price. You approve it or you don't. Nothing is added to the bill without your OK.

Can you give a price over the phone?

For common jobs the front desk can give a range. The firm price comes after a plumber has seen it, because a photo can't show what's behind the wall.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, for larger jobs, on approved credit through a lender partner. The terms are shown before you apply.
