Plain words: we use what you send us to book and do your plumbing job, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you book, chat or call, we receive your name, phone number, town, the problem you describe, and anything you choose to add, such as a photo you text us.

How we use it

To call or text you back, schedule the visit, write up the price, do the work and send the invoice. We may send a reminder before a visit and, if you join the Home Plan, a note before each yearly check.

Who sees it

Our office, the plumber assigned to your job, and the services we use to run the booking calendar, phone and text messages. We do not sell your information.

Texts and calls

If you text or call us, we reply by text or phone. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.

This website

The site does not use advertising pixels. Basic, cookie-free visit counts may be used to see which pages are read. analytics tool, if any
